Leigh & Dave got married at Botley Park Hotel on the outskirts of Southampton in the beautiful village of Botley.

The Funky Photo Booth was set up in time for their evening guests arriving for the reception by their personal Booth Butler, Lee van Diesel.

Once the photo booth had it’s curtains open it was non-stop funky photo booth madness and the prop box was taken full advantage of by Leigh & David’s guests.

This was the first trip of the Funky Photo Booth to Orchid Hotel in Bournemouth. The event was Taryn & Matt’s wedding and what an event it was. Their wedding was photographed by our sister company, Rob Dunning Wedding Photography, and the whole day was a none stop party.

Taryn is a talented graphic designer and designed just about everything for their wedding day. Taryn gave us a copy of the jpeg images she had used for her invitations and we incorporated those into the top and bottom banners for the prints made by the Funky Photo Booth.

The prop box of the Funky Photo Booth got taken advantage of with a combination of props supplied by Taryn & Matt also. All in all, it looked like a everyone had a fantastic time. It was absolutely fantastic to see so many of your family members again using getting funky in the photo booth.

The funky photo booth has been to Worthy Down Officer’s Mess quite a few times for their annual Twelfth Night party. The booth always goes down a treat and their guest books are usually overflowing not only with pictures, but with messages galore written throughout.

This year we were fortunate enough to be hired for the Officer’s Mess Summer Ball at Worthy Down. Yet again the Funky Photo Booth was an absolute hit with the guests there. We’ve studied their picture gallery with some interest as it is quite apparent that certain prop box items were more popular than others. For example, the pilot helmet, so familiar with the air force that defend our skies was worn on numerous occasions. Also, the pirate’s bandanna was extremely popular – even with it’s connections to the sea and our Naval heroes. The third most popular item was the pink pimp hat, we’re still having difficulty figuring the connection with that one

We think, although we aren’t 100% sure, that there was a fancy dress theme to their summer ball. It was possibly a free for all in their photo booth hire Winchester. There seems to be quite a few Union Jack memorabilia which would make sense this year. However, there was a disproportionate amount of hippys or Ozzy Osbourne impersonators.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Worthy Down Officer’s Mess for hiring the funky photo booth for their summer ball. Additionally, thank you to all that used it and we hope you enjoyed it.

Lisa and Lawrence hired the Funky Photo Booth for their wedding at Wasing Park in Berkshire.

Their Booth Butler, Jonny Bravo described  the venue as ‘gobsmackingly good’. The photo booth was in use non-stop during the hire period and the athletic ability (see pic) of some of the guests was almost Olympic standard.

On Saturday, Mary-Jane & Richard hired the Funky Photo Booth for their wedding at Hilton Hotel, Portsmouth. A fantastic venue set just a short distance from the sea.

Booth Butler Lee van Diesel made sure the Funky Photo Booth was as busy as possible and in 3-hours, there were almost 100-booth sessions, 280 pictures printed and a guest book full of images and messages for Richard & Mary-Jane.
