If you are a potential photo booth customer, and are attempting to decide which company should serve your event, then on our behalf all I can assure you of is one vital thing:

We have always recognised that what makes any event special, whether it be a wedding, a birthday party, or whatever else, is not the stuff at the event, but the people who celebrate! So if we leave your event knowing that it has been a little more special with us than without us, then we leave extremely happy people!

Anyway, let me just hang my super hero cape back up, and tuck my underpants back inside my trousers again!!

We were thinking of launching the booths by cracking the usual bottle of bubbly on them, but after much thought, we’ve decided to just sit back and neck the lot whilst this dynamic duo get cracking!

Funky Photo Booth had a stand right next to good ol’ Solent Studios (Rob Dunning) again, who just happens to be the best photographer in Hampshire in my opinion, and well worth approaching if you want a cool friendly geezer to capture the moment at your wedding.

Anyway, thanks to the staff at Rhinefield House Hotel for their hard work in arranging the show, and thanks for a friendly service and an absolutely stunning hotel. In fact you can see just how friendly their staff are by looking at the smiley faces on the girls who dared to enter the booth for a pic on the day (look below). In fact all the cackling and laughing certainly turned a few heads from the other

exhibitors and guests.

At 3am I was just getting to bed after a brilliant 21st celebration over in Somerset (see Immacolata’s gallery), and then the alarm starts ringing at 7.30 to tell me it’s time to get ready for the wedding show at the De Vere Grand Harbour.

Anyway, after picking up the pieces of broken alarm clock of my bedroom floor, and then a quick trip to Maccy Dee’s with my little bruv, the day got a whole lot better, and went on to have a great show after all. All going well I’ll get the pics from the booth on our Facebook fanpage as soon as poss.

Keep your eyes open for the next wedding show we’re at, because we’re staging another free prize draw for anyone who is prepared to be “funkied” by the booth, and pass on their details to us. That’s a whole 3 hour session up for grabs, absolutely free!

All I can say about these guys is that they really know how to party. Wow what a reception!

The booth was absolutely mobbed by everyone, complete with sailors hats, sunglasses and feather boas, sometimes even all at once!

A big congratulations from all at Funky Photo Booth to a wonderful young couple, and all the best for the future guys. Thanks for letting us be a part of your big day.

Happy birthday Keely!

I spent last night at a beautiful country home in a little village in the middle of nowhere by the name of Baughurst, for the 18th birthday of a wonderful young lady by the name of Keely.

It was probably one of the most lovely evenings of the summer this year, with an amazing party including hog roast, live band, chocolate fountains, flowing champagne, and of course last but not least, the Funky Photo Booth! Everyone seemed to have a whale of a time, and the booth was extremely well used, if not a little exhausted once it was all over.

Thanks to all who were there for the great atmosphere, thanks to Keely’s parents for laying on such a wonderful spread, and all the best to Keely for the future!
